We are available to assist at a reactive rate in medical crisis and emergency health restoration however we recommend a proactive approach when it comes to protecting performance. In the entertainment industry, it is common to be exposed to extended periods of chronic stress on body and mind whether on or off tour. To ensure prevention of high-risk medical issues during crucial show times we prefer to assess each case in advance and implement a preventative care protocol unique to the needs of talent and crew.

Our team is strategically stationed at key cities and tour locations across Australia and New Zealand. We also offer a customised team on request that supports your production beyond these borders.

Get in touch with our team. Our quick briefing process will ensure we schedule your tour dates, key contacts, and locations. This allows us to coordinate with our doctors and health practitioners to assess resources available for each city on your itinerary. We’ll periodically check in with you and be prepared to assist if any requests arise. This proactive step ensures we’re aware of your whereabouts, nearest facilities, and available specialists.

Booking a doctor for a few hours on show day is a cost-effective option if multiple people need medical attention. During this time, the doctor can attend to various needs such as consulting with multiple talent and crew, administering vitamin B12 shots, or conducting vaccinations. Having a doctor on-site treating patients often encourages proactivity to seek medical care. Private hotel consultations can also be arranged on request.

We have psychiatrists in our network who can arrange an after-hours private telehealth consultation to address medication refill requests.

Our team handles the coordination and booking of necessary services for you. We charge a fee to cover our time, in addition to any booked services. The cost varies based on factors such as complexity, notice period, number of services, and availability. If you require something not listed, please don’t hesitate to inquire – we’ve successfully managed various unexpected requests in the past.

Hemisphere prioritises continuity of care. Our services can be accessed even if you are not actively touring. We’ll endeavour to help with your needs, and if there’s anything beyond our scope, we can often offer guidance to ensure your issues are resolved.

We offer multiple payment options. You can settle invoices via bank transfer at the end of the tour or pay online using a credit card link. Additionally, we provide the option to set up a tab at the tour’s onset for streamlined billing of all services.

Yes, this can be arranged for tours. All clients are required to set up a payment account with direct debit to activate our services. This ensures timely payment to our doctors and staff.

While we require compensation for overheads and administrative costs, we’re willing to consider ticket arrangements on a case-by-case basis, get in touch with our team to discuss.
